Sound Healing at Sunset – an oceanfront relaxation experience on the beach near Constanța. On Friday, July 24 at 19:30 you are guided through a journey of therapeutic sounds – from gong and crystal bowls to Tibetan bowls, monocord, Koshi chimes, rainstick and tuning forks – while lying comfortably on the sand at sunset. The session, led by facilitators Alexandra Adăvănei and Andrada Vizireanu, is designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system and support deep rest, clarity and reconnection with yourself. Participants are invited to simply lie down, close their eyes and let the waves, instruments and evening sky create a safe space for inner peace. The exact beach location is communicated privately to confirmed participants before the event. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, water and comfortable clothing suitable for a cooler seaside evening. Places are limited and advance booking is required. Approximate duration 90 minutes.
